Unlike other fish, Loitta releases its own water while cooking, so no extra water is needed, which makes for an incredibly rich and intense flavor.
Serve this classic Bengali fish curry with a bowl of hot steamed rice for a truly comforting meal.
🟢 Ingredients (উপকরণ):-
1. Loitta Fish / Bombay Duck Fish (লোটে মাছ) - 500gms
2. Turmeric Powder (হলুদ)
3. Salt (নুন )
4. Chopped Onions (পেঁয়াজ কুঁচি)
5. Green Chilli Paste (কাঁচা লঙ্কা বাটা)
6. Garlic Paste (রসুন বাটা)
7. Turmeric Powder (হলুদ গুঁড়ো)
8. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (কাশ্মীরি লাল লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো)
9. Chopped Coriander leaves (ধনেপাতা কুঁচি)
