मैंने इस वीडियो में जितना दूध और क्रीम यूज़ किया है उस पूरी सामग्री में मैंने इतने सारे आइसक्रीम बनाए है :)
कम खर्चे में सात तरह के आइसक्रीम आप घर पर बना सकते है वो भी बहुत आसान तरीके से.... मैंने इस वीडियो में १०० % बाजार जैसी आइसक्रीम कैसे बनाते है वो दिखाया है वो भी बिना कंडेंस्ड मिल्क के :)
For ice cream base -
Ingredients:
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Corn flour - 1 & 1/2 Tbsp
CMC powder - 1/8 Tsp
GMS powder - 1 & 1/2 Tbsp
Butter scotch ice cream
Base - 1 cup
Butter scotch essence - 1 Tsp
sugar - 1/2 cup
butter - 1 Tsp
cashew - 1/4 cup
Yellow food colour - 2 to 3 drops (optional)
Chocolate ice cream
Base - 1 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 Tsp
Coco powder - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Dark chocolate - 1/6 cup
Caramel syrup colour - 1/2 Tsp (optional)
Choco chips for garnishing
Strawberry ice cream
base - 1 cup
strawberry essence - 1/2 Tsp
fresh strawberry - 1/2 cup
sugar - 1/4 cup
pink food colour - 2 to 3 drops (optional)
Coffee walnut ice cream
Base - 1 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/2 Tsp
Coffee - 2 Tsp
Roasted walnut - 1/4 cup
Roasted almond - 2 Tbsp (optional)
Mango ice cream
Base - 1 cup
Mango essence - 1/2 Tsp
Fresh mango - 1/2 cup
Yellow food colour - 2 to 3 drops (optional)
Oreo ice cream
Base - 1 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/2 Tsp
Oreo cookie - 8 cookies
Vanilla Ice cream
Base - 1 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 Tsp
Chocolate syrup for garnishing
