Friends, today I am sharing Gundar Pak recipe. Gundar Pak is also known as Gond Pak is a popular Winter Vasanu and made by many in Gujarat. Most of the Mithai Shop also sell Gundar Pak during winter along with adadiya, methi pak, Katlu Pak etc. In this video I made Gundar Pak without Wheat Flour and Jaggety in similar style as made by Sh Puna Bhagat from Amreli. The Gundar Pak of Puna Bhagat in Ameli is very popular and people used to order from many cities of India and abroad.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Gond Powder
3/4 cup Pure Ghee
1/2 cup Khoya (Mawo)
3/4 cup Sugar Powder
2 tbsp Urad Flour (Coarse)
2 tbsp Coconut Powder
1/2 cup Dry Fruit Powder
2 tsp Sonth Powder
2 tsp Ganthoda Powder
1/2 tsp Cardamom & Nutmeg Powder
Water for making Chasni (Sugar Syrup)
For Garnishing
2 tsp Fried Gond
2 tsp Jamkhambhaliya Ghee
