Plot
Vijay Kapoor (Amitabh Bachchan) is a self-made businessman who has built a successful empire through years of hard work. He is a loving and principled father, deeply devoted to his family. His son, Ajay (Akshay Kumar), returns from abroad after completing his studies and joins the family business with modern ideas. However, conflicts arise between father and son due to their different approaches to business and life.
Ajay falls in love with Nisha (Karisma Kapoor) and marries her, but a manipulative family friend, Rajesh Purohit (Mohnish Bahl), takes advantage of the misunderstandings between father and son to drive a wedge between them. Ajay is forced to leave his home and start his own business from scratch. Meanwhile, Vijay faces financial setbacks and personal turmoil.
As the family falls apart, Ajay and Vijay must confront their differences and rediscover the true meaning of love and family. Will their relationship heal, or will pride and ego keep them apart forever?
