For those who are considering buying a Flair Espresso machine instead of a powered Espresso Machine, I answer the question of how long does it take to make 2 lattes and how difficult is it. I use a cheap French Press with a microwave oven to texture the milk well enough to do Latte Art. I use a Comandante Grinder and a Flair Espresso (not a Pro or Signature) with a single brew head, but with 2 filter baskets.
Spoiler - it takes just over 11 minutes to make 2 lattes with the Flair, compared to around 7 minutes to make 2 smaller lattes using my Breville Dual Boiler powered espresso machine and Macap M2M grinder.
