First, we show you how to fill the convertible top pump 88958028 (which has been rebuilt and replaced by Top Hydraulics), which fluid to use, then we give you our assessment of the amount of labor involved and how to go about the job if you are a shop or an XLR owner, and lastly we show you the top in operation as the final test.
The cylinders replaced were part numbers 88957089 (front latch cylinder), 3x part number 88957086 (front and rear tonneau cylinders), 2x part number 889657088 (deck lid cylinders) and 2x part number 88957085 (main lift cylinder).
