How to shorten or lengthen the skirt of a sewing pattern

In today's video, I'll be showing you how to lengthen or shorten the skirt of a sewing pattern. The same techniques can be used when altering the length of a skirt or a dress. I'll demonstrate how to make the pattern adjustment using my Lou Box Dress 1 pattern. Side note: How much you adjust the length will depend on the pattern, your personal measurements and personal preference.
