Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe:

Fruit Base
¼ cup unsalted butter
⅔ cup packed dark brown sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
5-6 slices of pineapple rings

Cake
¾ cup milk
⅓ cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda
pinch of ground nutmeg
