Yubi Power South Africa power plug converter

So far this looks great! My wife is traveling to South Africa this fall and I wanted to find the best possible outlet converter so we could stay in touch over the internet. You can get it at Amazon Here http://amzn.to/2azok6X or the non USB here http://amzn.to/2acPAc8

The Yubi Power Travel adapters are great, What I liked about this one is that it has 2 outlets and 2 USB ports, Now the USB ports don't really put out all that much power but it should be enough so that she can charger her pone if needed.

The input is specific for South Africa, and a few other countries but US plugs and pretty much plugs from any other country can be converted to work with this M style outlet.

As an Electrical engineer I took a peek inside the plastic housing and really all that is inside are a couple of specificaly cut pieces of metal that make contact from the Type M connector to the holes for the the plug you are converting to. Also you should note that this WILL NOT convert the power to 110 so make sure that the electronics you are taking with you will support 240 VAC. A lot of modern electronics do but check to make sure it does.

Yubi Power sent me this sample for my wife to use while she is in South Africa and I will update this post if the converter fails or otherwise does not live up to it's claim
