8 cups Corn Chex
2 cups Pecan halves
1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
1/2 cup light Corn Syrup
1 stick of Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsl Baking Soda
Preheat oven to 250°F
In a large bowl combine the corn Chex and pecans and set aside.
I'ln a medium sauce pan over a medium high heat mix together the
Brown Sugar
Corn Syrup
and Butter
bring this to a boil stirring occasionally
let it come to a rolling boil and set a timer for 1 minute
then remove from the heat and stir in the Vanilla then the Baking Soda and stir it well
then pour it over the pecan mix and mix well.
Now pour it onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and put it in the oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
let it cool completely and enjoy.
