Introducing Reka Conference 2024 Speaker from Thailand , Thanart 'Pro' Chanyu, founder of @studiolocomotive. 

Thanart 'Pro' Chanyu founded Studio Locomotive in 2017. As design director, he leads a motivated team of spatial designers in his hometown of Phuket to create experiential spaces across Thailand. The studio approaches each experiential space as a persuasive manifesto of specialty, competence, and commitment, designed to benefit the project while harmonizing with its surroundings. Thanart and his team develop a deep reverence for community, environment, history, and art in crafting evocative architecture and interior spaces. Recent projects from Studio Locomotive evidence expertise in short-stay hospitality, mixed-use venues, multi-residential estates, boutique restaurants, and leisure cruises.

Studio Locomotive has garnered international acclaim, earning accolades as winners and finalists in various design awards. Their achievements include recognition from the INSIDE World Festival of Interiors, Architizer A+ Awards, Dezeen Awards, Design Anthology Awards, and Interior Design Magazine's Best of Year Awards.
