I built a Grunge Motel for my Save File 🏨🌲 || Sims 4 CC Speed Build 🔨

This build is not available for download because it will be part of my save file, which I plan to release for everyone once it's finished.
I don’t have an exact release date yet, as there’s still a lot of work to do.
