John 14:6

As it is written, “For your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In Christ alone my hope is found. Only when I place my hope in Him do I truly have the real meaning of life and the purpose to live. He is my light, my strength, and my song. How grateful I am to know the true meaning of a life in Christ! It is a precious gift to live each moment trusting that Jesus Christ is my rock and the source of my life. With this faith, I boldly overcome every difficulty in life and firmly believe the promise of God that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. Because of His Love, we have a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

누가 우리를 그리스도의 사랑에서 끊으리요? 환난이나 곤고나 박해나 기근이나 적신이나 위험이나 칼이랴? 기록된 바 “우리가 종일 주를 위하여 죽임을 당하게 되며 도살할 양 같이 여김을 받았나이다” 함과 같으니라. 그러나 이 모든 일에 우리를 사랑하시는 이로 말미암아 우리가 넉넉히 이기느니라. 내가 확신하노니 사망이나 생명이나 천사들이나 권세자들이나 현재 일이나 장래 일이나 능력이나 높음이나 깊음이나 다른 어떤 피조물이라도 우리를 우리 주 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 하나님의 사랑에서 끊을 수 없으리라.

그리스도 안에서만 나의 소망이 있습니다. 오직 그분 안에 소망을 둘 때, 이 삶의 참된 의미와 살아갈 목적을 소유하게 됩니다. 그분은 나의 빛이시며 나의 힘이시고 나의 노래가 되십니다. 그리스도 안에서 삶의 참된 의미를 알게 된 것이 얼마나 감사한지요! 예수 그리스도께서 나의 반석이시며 생명의 근원이심을 믿으며 매 순간 살아가는 것이 참으로 귀합니다. 이 믿음으로 나는 삶의 모든 어려움을 담대히 이겨내며, 예수안에 있는 하나님의 사랑에서 우리를 끊을 수 있는 것은 아무것도 없다는 하나님의 약속을 굳게 믿습니다. 주님의 사랑으로 우리는 죽은 자 가운데서 살아나신 예수 그리스도의 부활로 인해 산 소망을 가지게 되었습니다.
