Illinois is a land divided. There are the reds versus blues, the rural versus urban, but there there are also the haves versus the have-nots. Illinois is home to many rich Chicago suburbs, but it's also home to some communities where the people live in abject poverty. In these areas, the people are stuck; they can't leave, because they don't have the means to do so. They can't better themselves, because of the lack of opportunities. In this video, we crunch the numbers to find the 10 poorest counties in the state of Illinois.
