This is the seventh episode in a series that follows our work rebuilding an abandoned historic corner store building that has suffered from extensive rot from years of water damage. In this episode, we continue rebuilding the first floor framing with more new joists and headers, demolish some more of the old framing, and install the first stretch of subfloor panels.
