ChemKnits is releasing a new free knitting pattern in December 2015 - the Attack of the Creepers Hat! To make this pixelated character come to life, ChemKnits overdyed some green commercially dyed 100% wool by handpainting it with various food coloring in green, yellow, black and brown. Check out how I created the colorway for this hat and dye along to knit one for yourself!
