After examination of this catfish, Pleco, Plecostomus, Hypostomus plecostomus we could advise that you should try to check your fish more carefully before they get too skinny and treatment might be too late.
Try to find the reasons why this all happened: stress, water/food quality, excessive treatment, etc. We suspect here that the origin is poor conditions at breeder. Maybe also a viral infection?
Try to get a good antibacterial medication, most likely an antibiotic is needed= ask your vet or fish doctor or pet shop for advice.
Maybe later on treat gill flukes?
