Don’t stay in one direction.
Move your table around the pulley, change the angle, change the height, load different vectors — and your armwrestling strength will grow much faster than if you only train in one straight line.
Armwrestling is not one angle.
It’s rotation, pronation, back pressure, side pressure, cupping, rising, and hand control — all happening at the same time.
By simply relocating your table around the cable system, you can:
✔ hit new vectors every rep
✔ build stronger stabilisation
✔ improve hand control and defensive strength
✔ feel real fight positions
✔ load your weak spots instead of repeating the same movement
