For this song I first produced a basic layout track on the Roland Verselab MV-1.
On the Roland J-6 I created a custom Arp loop. I connected the MIDI out from the MV-1 to the MIDI In of the Roland J-6.
For Audio mixing I connected the Mix out of the Roland J-6 into the Audio In of the Roland Verselab.
When Mix Down a song in the Verselab the sound of the Imported J-6 will record on top of the Song of the MV-1.
So with a little live tweaking while recording you can cet some pretty unique sound/song.
