The Gary Yamamoto Kut Tail 6.5” — a classic worm that never fades.

In this video, I’m rigging it with a modern Japanese style — the Neko Rig — but not on spinning tackle.

This time, we’re doing it baitcaster style. We call it Bait Neko.

The Kut Tail has a fascinating origin: a Japanese pro once modified a Yamamoto Curly Tail, and Gary himself loved the action so much that he created the Kut Tail Worm we all know today.

This setup delivers more distance, stronger hooksets, and a deeper reach — perfect for heavy cover fishing.
