Pursuing a sports career in India is kind of a struggle for any sportsperson and the family. On top of that, having a dream to represent India in cricket one day is the most difficult part because it all comes down to destiny, despite putting up all hard work and discipline.
The Sports Guru, Taus Rizvi, traces down a family from Mumbai that is dreaming of seeing their daughter -- Vaibhavi Raja -- in India colours one day.
Living in a one-room apartment of an old dilapidated building, the father is managing to get all things right for his daughter despite all the shortcomings including the pandemic that has affected his business.
The mother, who quit her job as a teacher, is there to support her daughter morally, too.
This is a story of how a father manages to get her daughter a facility that they could have only dreamt, right next to their home which they only saw in academies.
