🍰 Berry Chantilly Cake Ingredients
Vanilla Cake
2 ½ cups cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil or canola oil
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
6 large egg whites, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp butter extract
1 tsp almond extract
3/4 cup whole milk, room temperature

Chantilly Cream Frosting
4 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
3/4 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz Mascarpone cheese
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cake batter extract
1/8 tsp salt

Berry Filling & Topping
1 ½–2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
Optional: 1–2 tbsp berry jam or preserves (for extra flavor)
