Opening Over 100 ANCIENT Chests! Hoping for FURNACE and 10x Talisman Drops! - DML #4

TRICK OR TREAT! IT'S HALLOWEEN! So today in DML, chapter 2 of the Shadows of the Withered Tree ancient event has begun! We shall be opening over 100 ancient chests of chapter 2! These chests hold pieces for summoner shards (talismans) with up to 10 at once, legendary Furnace, epic Fennec and Mau dragons, and other rewards like VIP tickets!!

Will we get the Furnace dragon like how we got Garden in chapter 1? Will we get lucky with a big drop for 10x talismans? Well, you shall see...

All of these tickets were obtained from either the dragon board or through dungeon grinding. Since I had a moderate "endless" dungeon run team to power through last week, we were able to open up a lot of chests, but didn't get so lucky... Would have been a lot more if we had average chest drops.

My progress so far: I've gotten these dragons from the event as of 10/31/2025: Ghostglee, Truthblade, Garden, Sweetshell, Ze'zash, Dark Tech, Bionic, War Pelt, Orchid, Hornbill, Scarf, and more to collect!

MAIN RULES FOR DRAGON BOARD EVENT:

1. Ensure you complete all 6 quests every 6 hours FULLY so that you can unlock the bonus quest!
2. Make sure you pay attention to the checkpoints around the board and land on the correct tiles such as the ancient tiles!
3. You cannot miss many resets. If you do, you may not get Myrkur from the board and definitely won't be able to get Latchclaw which is part of the Flameheart Collection.
4. Use free re-rolls and general re-rolling to help you land on the correct tiles but BE CAREFULL! You do not want to re-roll too much.

MAIN RULES FOR THE ANCIENT ALTAR:

1. GRIND in the dungeon every 6 hours MINIMUM! Also try to make sure you have a good team to clear the dungeon, such as at least 1 divine for mass bless and also a tyrant for health boost which is recommended. Also use wonder and acceptance as your sigils for divines, ancients, and tyrants.
2. DO NOT spend your summoner shards until you are SURE you can complete a dragon!
3. Gnarlroot will be coming to the altar after 2 WEEKS. However, as Lau'kana is the most useful dragon for a lot of players within this event, make sure you SAVE YOUR SHARDS for this!

I'll be going through more rules in the video and over the next few weeks but please, please dont buy Windcry and Gnarlroot unless you're sure you can get Flameheart. They're not very useful dragons overall for a team.
