🎥 Creo Illustrate - Working with Figures (Available in: EN, FR, DE, PT, ES, IT)

In Creo Illustrate, figures allow you to create isolated 3D views for different configurations of parts and sub-assemblies from the sBOM. Each figure has its own orientation, explode state, and display settings.

Creating and Managing Figures
Click New Figure to generate a new view with selected parts from the sBOM.
Figures can be duplicated, renamed, and deleted as needed.
Figures document step-by-step procedures or highlight key assembly details.
Figure Orientation and Navigation
Mouse controls:
Spin: Middle-click and drag
Pan: SHIFT + Middle-click
Zoom: CTRL + Middle-click or scroll wheel
Navigation tools (available in the Home tab):
Zoom All, Zoom Window, Spin Center
Standard orientations: ISO1, ISO2, Front, Back, Left, Right, Top, Bottom
Finding Parts in sBOM
Use the Find tool to search for parts or assemblies by name.
Matching parts are highlighted in the 3D view for easy identification.
Controlling Figure Display
Render Modes: Shaded, Hidden Line, Cel Illustration, and more.
Visibility Tools:
Hide Selected: Hides selected parts.
Unhide All: Restores all hidden parts.
Isolate Selected: Displays only the selected part.
These tools help efficiently manage figures, making it easier to create clear and detailed illustrations.
