Enjoy my Aunty Kanita's recipe for pinetarts. These have the perfect ratio of crust to filling, and they are so flaky.
Ingredients and Measurements:
For the dough:
• All-Purpose Pastry/Crust- Episode 82
For the filling:
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup brown or white sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick
