Reinforcement: Place rebar (steel reinforcement) as per structural design/drawing. Use spacers and chairs for proper cover.

Conduits/Embedments: Install electrical or plumbing conduits if required.

Checkpoints: Get approval from the site engineer/consultant for reinforcement and shuttering.

🚚 2. Concrete Pouring

Concrete Mix: Use ready-mix concrete or mix on-site as per design (e.g., M20, M25).

Pouring Method: Use pumps or buckets to pour the concrete. Begin from one corner and move uniformly.

Vibration/Compaction: Use vibrators to eliminate air pockets and ensure compaction.

Levelling: Use screeds or straight edges to level the slab.
