A small band of three moves quietly through a snow-covered forest. Beneath the shelter of the trees, Teeter, a white mare, grazes calmly while her foal Totter stays close. Nearby, the stallion Tex remains in the open, holding position between his family and the surrounding landscape.
Winter narrows their world, but it also sharpens their roles — feeding, watching, waiting.
In moments like these, strength is shown not through movement, but through presence.
This footage was filmed from a respectful distance using allowing natural behaviour to continue undisturbed.
