WW FREESTYLE MEAL PREP! I tried all these recipes and they turned out great. I also want to note I have a RV gas oven so my cooking time may differ slightly from yours. So always keep that in mind and check your meals while cooking :) Also these Points are based of WW Freestyle / Blue Plan.
B R E A K F A S T
Pumpkin Oatmeal Bake
1/6 th of the bake is 4SP
What you need:
2 cups oatmeal
2 eggs
1 can of 100% pumpkin
1 cup unsweetend oatmilk
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
1 tsp baking powder
4 tsp light brown sugar
pinch of salt
How to make:
Step1 - In a bowl mix together eggs, pumpkin, syrup, salt, baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. After you mix that add your milk. Lastly add your oats into the mixture.
Step2- Place mixture in a casserole dish, on top of your pumpkin oats mixture add your 4 tsp brown sugar and 2sp cinnamon mixture to the top, spray with olive oil spray and Bake on 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Serve with syrup and or milk on top

Chicken Thighs & Veg Bake
Makes 8 thighs and 1 thigh is 7sp
Makes 8 servings and 1/2 cup is 1 serving for 2 SP!
What you need:
8 chicken thighs
14 oz sweet potatoes, diced
frozen bag brussel sprouts
3 long carrots, diced
1 yellow onion, diced
4 garlic cloves
olive oil spray
seasonings used: salt + pepper, garlic + onion powder, red pepper chili flakes, and dried parsley
How to make:
Step1 - Add your chicken thighs to a dish and add your seasonings to the thighs
Step2- Cut your sweet potatoes, and carrots ( also brussel sprouts if you use fresh) add to a dish and season your vegetables and potatoes with the same seasonings as chicken
Step3- Spray with olive oil spray and Bake in oven on 400 for 35-40 minutes for Veggies and 405 for 40-45 minutes for chicken thighs
D I N N E R
Chicken and Gravy Stuffing Casserole
1/6th of casserole is 6SP
What you need:
4 chicken breast, small / 4 cups shredded
1 box of 6oz chicken stuffing mix
1 can of 14.5oz chicken broth
2 long carrots, diced small
1 white onion, diced small
1 can of 10.5 oz 98% fat free cream of chicken
2 packets chicken gravy
1/3 cup light sour cream
seasonings: salt + pepper, garlic + onion powder, and dried parsley.
How to make:
Step1- Cut your onions and carrots into dice size pieces. Also shred your chicken breast you've cooked.( I boiled my chicken breast prior)
Step2- In a pot sprayed with olive oil spray add your onions, and carrots until they are soft then add 1/2 cup chicken broth and simmer for about 5 minutes. Next add your shredded chicken, seasonings, can of cream of chicken, sour cream, half of the stuffing mix, and mix all together. Then add into a casserole dish, add other half of stuffing mix to the top.
Step3- Bake on 375 for 30-35 minutes
Step4- Make your chicken gravy followed by directions on package and pour gravy on top once casserole is finished. Save gravy in a container to add to casserole when you eat it.
