How to change and install a fan on the Intel NUC

Well, it had to happen. My NUC fan in my media server needed to be swapped. The chassis fan in this Intel NUC - 7i7BNH finally got so loud that I knew it was about to die. I've ran this NUC for 3+ years...24hrs a day...and only restarted it a few times....
