Recipe Details
Tuna Cake
1 can of tuna in water (Albacore or Light Tuna) Make sure it is packed in water NOT oil
1/4 cup flour (I used smelt flour)
2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
2 teaspoon of honey mustard
1 egg
Sweet onion
Green/Red/Yellow/ Orange peppers (Your choice)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (To help thicken it up a little)
Season to your preference
