🌸🌸🌸Watch me decorate a delicate and pretty pastel cookie set using royal icing that will satisfy any cottagecore vibes, and grannycore or coastal grandma lover! Enjoy this calming and soft pink and blue aesthetic baking cookie decorating video, inspired by the cozy cottage core vibes of granny's kitchen's vintage floral wallpaper or grandma's embroidered pillows reminiscent of Jane Austen or Bridgerton. I personally think these decorated sugar cookies turned out pretty cute and would make a perfect gift for my fellow childless cat lady friends, a cat lovers' birthday, or for Mother's Day!

Learn how-to make 4 cottage-core cat cookies with me! How-to instructions:

Step 1. Outline the edges with thicker consistency icing

Step 2. Flood the inner cookie with thinned out consistency icing (like toothpaste). Use a toothpick or scribe tool to help level it out.

Step 3. While the flood is still wet, add polka dots of medium flood consistency and let it melt together, swirl the icing around to create wet on wet floral pattern.

Step 4. Add royal icing transfer details and looped piped outlines that look a bit like the edge of a crocheted or knitted blanket.

For the gingham pattern, I thinned out the icing with clear alcohol and used a food safe brush.
