BASIC ENGLISH 51: COUNTABLE AND UNCOUNTABLE NOUNS
The noun means a name. It may refer to an object, an idea or a person. When it comes to the grammatical category known as Number, there are two types of nouns – Singular and Plural Numbers. It is easy to make a plural number of a Countable Noun, but an Uncountable Noun may not have the plural number or even if it has one, it may mean something slightly different. Let’s see some examples of the divisions.
