Caesar's Legion is one of the most brutal factions the wasteland has ever seen. Ruled with an iron fist, the Fallout: New Vegas faction has made quick work of conquering wastelanders east of the Colorado River. But, how did such a faction come to be? And why exactly does it work? Surely a faction built upon authority and brutality would come crashing down eventually. Well, let's talk about it. This is why I think Caesar's Legion works.
