Let take a full guided tour of the LK LEGEND CONDO COMPLEX (on Soi Arunatai off Central Pattaya Road) and a CONVERTED STUDIO APARTMENT shown by Pattaya's own, Rooster Gary. We start off on the outside where the marquee sign is appropriately adorned with three roosters and take in the very elegant entrance way. The complex is comprised of 4 condo buildings surrounding a central pool and Activities Center. Our first stop is the Activities Center boasting a yoga area on the first floor and an air conditioned fitness center on the 2nd level complete with locker room, changing facilities including steam, sauna, and showers all included for residents on top of included utilities. Rooster's rent is 12,000 baht/mo (350 USD) inclusive of the aforementioned amenities along with WiFi. Next we visit the large pool with waterfall adornment and swim up bar (NICE!). On to Rooster's building (building D) and we head in the elevators first to the basement to see that the entire area below the condo is reserved for parking. No problem with parking at LK Legend. Finally, we get a tour of Rooster's converted studio apartment with city views of Pattaya from the 7th floor balcony. He cleverly rearranged furniture to create a 'four room feel' with kitchen, bedroom. living room, and dining room. The bathroom is gigantic with a full bath AND separate shower to boot. Good job Rooster and at 12,000 baht/mo with all the amenities you cannot go wrong.
