In this video i show how i mounted the ball screw on the diy cnc mill.
The reason i re mounted the ball screw was because when i first put the cnc machine machine together i only tack welded the ball screw mounts to the frame.
I soon found that welding was not the ideal way to mount the ball screw because it didn't allow me to adjust the ball screw.
I have welded a coupe of tabs into the original mounts and have drilled and tapped the holes into the frame.
