This video is a story about the competitive nature of San Francisco Real Estate. Clients can only prepare for so much, and often times it takes a couple tries before they can go all in with an offer. In this case, my clients overlooked one property because it was 1 bathroom short and listed $400K less than they were planning on spending. I happened to tour that home and sent it over to them, but it was gone by that evening. A few weeks later, the condo right across the street with more space and both bathrooms was ready to go... but timing was off. My clients pretty much landed from a wedding abroad and wen't straight to check out this condo.... Well, you'll see what happened in this video.
