मुंबई, भारत में एक जुआ घर का प्रबंधन करने वाले पांच लोग भ्रष्ट पुलिस इंस्पेक्टर कल्याण (गोविंद नामदेव) द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के आधार पर ड्रग डील में शामिल होने का फैसला करते हैं। पांच में से एक, शेषाद्रि (धर्मेंद्र), बाकी लोगों को यह बताकर लुभाता है कि ड्रग्स को फिर से बेचकर अच्छा मुनाफा कमाया जा सकता है। विक्रम (नील नितिन मुकेश) और शार्दुल (ज़ाकिर हुसैन) सहित इसमें शामिल अन्य सभी लोग खरीद के लिए राशि का पाँचवाँ हिस्सा देते हैं। फिर पैसे गायब हो जाते हैं।

Five men who manage a gambling house in Mumbai, India, decide to get involved in a drug deal based on information given to them by Kalyan (Govind Namdeo), a corrupt police inspector. One of the five, Sheshadri (Dharmendra), entices the others by telling them that the drugs can be resold for a tidy profit. Each of the others involved, including Vikram (Neil Nitin Mukesh) and Shardul (Zakir Hussain), contributes one-fifth of the sum to make the purchase. Then the money goes missing.
