CASE UPDATE: On Feb. 21, 2025, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman filed a response to the Menendez brothers' habeas petition urging a judge to deny it. It is unclear when a ruling will be made in the case. The brothers are also pursuing clemency and resentencing.
