Hi guys antibacterial hand sanitizer is easy to make at home and effective against coronavirus Covid 19 when made correctly.
You can use both 70% and 99% alcohol, and either would be fine on its own or with small amounts of aloe vera, which some people use to make the sanitizer gentler on the skin.
If using 70% alcohol you should use nine parts alcohol to one part aloe vera. A recipe with 99% alcohol could be three parts alcohol to two parts aloe vera.
Ideally, you can forgo the hand sanitizer and just wash your hands with soap thoroughly and frequently — for at least 20 seconds at a time. Handwashing, which removes germs from your skin, remains the best way to protect against the novel coronavirus and other pathogens.
Hand sanitizer, in contrast, kills most germs but doesn't remove them from your skin.
