Stained glass effect with glue gun and glitter paints

It was play day in the craft room, and I give myself permission to just mess about and see what happens. Without any real plan I drew some shapes on an old canvas with a glue gun and started filling them with glitter paint, and I thought it could be cute. So let me show you what I've done so far and take you through the rest of this project where I create a leaded stained glass effect painting using a glue gun and glitter paints.
This technique would be great for mermaid tails, fish scales, or any stained glass template you can find online. Metallic paints would work well too.
