Did You Know In 28 DAYS LATER…

There was one scene where Danny Boyle regretted how things went. There is a shot of the notice board at Piccadilly Circus where the missing persons fliers are shown, and this caused a lot of controversy considering the 9/11 attacks in New York. While the film was shot prior to 9/11, the film was released afterwards. Danny tried to explain that he had based the shot off of a photograph he saw from an earthquake in China, but he also stated that if he had made the film after 9/11, he wouldn’t have shot the scene.
