This is the basic Buttercream Sheet cake Recipe:
2 cups heavy whipping cream (16 oz. carton)
(In the video I used 1 3/4 cups whipping cream and 1/4 cup sour cream)
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
3 cups White Lily all-purpose flour (or use cake flour) shifted
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon imitation butter flavor
