We took a break from the Disney bubble and headed to Kennedy Space Center at the weekend. What a visit it turned out to be! We chose Sunday as the weather was showing to be better, however we ended up arriving and finding out there was a launch that day!

Safe to say we were not going to miss it.....and we didn't! We watched from the viewing area at the main area, what a view! we were so close and had a perfect view, no need to head over to the apollo centre to view a live rocket launch. The launch we saw was of SpaceX Falcon 9 Starlink.

We loved the children's play area! great way to get the little ones out of the sun and get some air con, we didn't film in here as it was pretty busy with little ones! But it was all space themed with great lights and sounds. Great sensory experience. Slides and climbing and something for toddlers also.

There is so much to explore now at Kennedy Space Center, lot's of interactive activities, simulators and models you will not get bored and can't help but think we needed longer if not another day there!
