Welcome back to our Scotland travel series! This is Episode 7 of our journey.
On 19 July 2025, we visited the beautiful Loch Lomond and the historic Balloch Castle Country Park. From this point onward, we continued our Scotland trip by a rental car from Enterprise, giving us the freedom to explore more scenic places comfortably.
Balloch Castle is surrounded by stunning greenery and lake views. Although the inside entry was restricted, we enjoyed walking around the castle’s exterior and exploring the peaceful, scenic pathways of the country park.
Loch Lomond is one of Scotland’s most famous lakes — calm waters, mountains in the distance, and a relaxing atmosphere. A perfect nature escape!
