In this 7th installment of the Easements Act series, we cover section 19 to section 27 of the act. Here's a quick written synopsis of the points discussed in this video along with the times stamps, even though i doubt how many people actually read the descriptions. Here we go:

01:17 Section 19
According to this section when the dominant heritage is transferred to another person the easement rights associated with it are also transferred and vested to the new owner or occupier of the dominant heritage.
01:53 Section 20
Lays down a general rule to be followed Chapter III of the act [Sections 20-31], that if there is a contract between the dominant and the servient owner regarding the easement right to be enjoyed and any term of that contract is in conflict with any of the provisions of chapter III then the terms of the contract will be upheld and not the provisions of this chapter.

Easement must not be used for any purpose for any purpose not connected to the beneficial enjoyment of the dominant heritage.
04:36 Section 22
The dominant owner must use his right in a way which is least onerous to the servient owner and if the servient owner determines a specific part of the servient heritage for using the easement right and the easement right can be enjoyed reasonably well remaining within such limits imposed, then the dominant owner is bound to oblige to it.
05:42 Section 23
The dominant owner from time to time can change the mode and place of enjoyment of the easement right, provided that he does not pose any additional burden on the servient heritage by such act.

The dominant owner is free to enjoy his accessory rights [Rights to do any act necessary for the full enjoyment of the easement right] on the servient heritage in doing that he should make sure that he makes as minimum damage as possible to the servient heritage and any damage that is causes for the purpose must be restored by him at his own cost.
09:48 Section 25 & 26
Any cost for preserving the easement right must be borne by the dominant owner [Section 25] and if the dominant owner fails to repair any damages caused to the servient heritage because of him exercising his easement rights, the servient owner is entitled to claim damages from him[Section 26].

The servient owner is not bound to do anything for the benefit of the dominant heritage.
