Today, the Regional Tibetan Youth Congress and five NGOs organized a peace rally in front of the Chinese consulate in New York. The purpose of the rally was to protest against the CCP's propaganda campaign to defame His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. Tibetan, Himalayan Buddhist, and Tibetan supporters in and around New York and New Jersey joined the rally, making it one of the largest gatherings in the history of the Tibetan community in the region. The event was successfully and peacefully concluded, with participants expressing their opinions in a peaceful and respectful manner. It's heartening to see people come together to stand up for their beliefs, promote peace and dialogue, and make their voices heard.
