Orchid Maintenance #3 - Yellow pseudobulbs, leaves & things that need removing!

Today I take you along on a maintenance day in the greenhouse, cos oh boy, I need to have these days more often :P

Sometimes older structures on orchids will fade away and it's best to remove them in order to avoid breaking down organics in the medium. But there are times when it's not a good idea to remove unsightly leaves or stems, for the good of the orchid!
