The Kopernikus Projects, funded by BMFTR, are now in their final phase. But where do they currently stand on the road to a successful Energy Transition in Germany? What has been achieved so far, and what are the next steps?
A new series of five short animated explainer videos provides answers to these and other key questions. Each video is less than three minutes long and offers a glimpse into the cutting-edge research taking place within the Kopernikus initiative. The content is purposefully pitched at a level that’s easy to follow, so people of all ages and backgrounds can engage with the topics.
This video takes a step back to look at the Kopernikus initiative as a whole – highlighting its role in driving the energy transition. It also sheds light on the close collaboration across the projects themselves, as well as with policymakers, industry, and society.
Each of the four individual projects is also featured in its own dedicated video.
