Pictism perform this Scottish ballad (Child 113), a traditional folk song from Orkney and Shetland with its original ancient melody. A song about a woman who has her child taken away by the father, who was the Great Selkie of Sule Skerry. He is a shape shifter who can change from human form into a seal. In the end the woman marries a man fated to harpoon her son and the Great Selkie.
