この特別動画は、KATOさんのNゲージ「SL冬の湿原号」製品化に向けた、数ヶ月にわたる軌跡を記録したものです。このプロジェクトは、「模型を通じて地元の素晴らしいSLと釧路の魅力を全国に伝えたい」という僕の熱い思いをKATOさんにお伝えしたことから始まりました 。

その思いに応え、KATOの開発・営業・広告担当の皆さんが何度も釧路へ足を運び、SLの走行音やタンチョウの鳴き声を現地で収録 。スパカツなどの地元グルメも味わいながら、地域の空気感を製品開発に活かしてくださいました 。

その結果、精巧なSL模型に加え、沿線の情景に欠かせないタンチョウのフィギュア、そしてSLとタンチョウの鳴き声が楽しめるサウンドカードまで開発されるという、画期的なプロジェクトになりました 。模型を通じて釧路の魅力を伝える、メーカーと地元の情熱が詰まった物語をぜひご覧ください。

This is a special feature from the MIYAKE Hobbyshop YouTube channel! A documentary closely following the behind-the-scenes development of KATO's N-gauge "SL Fuyu-no-Shitsugen-go" model train!

This special video is a documentary about the journey to commercialize the KATO N-gauge "SL Fuyu-no-Shitsugen-go." The project began with my passionate desire to convey the charm of Kushiro through scale models. KATO's dedicated team visited Kushiro multiple times to record the SL's authentic running sounds and the calls of the wild Japanese cranes. In addition to the exquisite SL model, the project expanded to include N-gauge crane figurines, diorama materials, and a sound card that lets you enjoy the sounds of both the SL and the cranes. It's an innovative product line that conveys the appeal of Kushiro through the world of model railroading.
